Monday, August 18
- 9鈥�11:30 a.m. New Student Check-In in residence halls (Details to come. Students must bring their passport to receive Student ID)
- Noon鈥�1:15 p.m. President's Welcome & Lunch for students and families at Murray-Aikins Dining Hall, 2nd floor banquet room
- 1:30鈥�3 p.m. Family Orientation in Gannett Auditorium, Palamountain Hall
- 1:30鈥�3 p.m. Student Orientation in Emerson Auditorium, Palamountain Hall
- 3鈥�3:45 p.m. Returning to campus after London in Gannett Auditorium, Palamountain Hall (For students and families)
- 3:45鈥�4:15 p.m. Free time for families and loved ones
- 4:15 p.m. Students return to residence halls to meet with 萝莉视频 Program Assistant and London Peer Leaders
- 5鈥�6 p.m. Student Dinner in Murray-Aikins Dining Hall
- 6鈥�8 p.m. Social Event (Location TBA)

- 8:00鈥�9:15 a.m. Breakfast in Murray-Aikins Dining Hall
- 9:30鈥�10:30 a.m. The Honor Code and Linking London and Saratoga for Academic Success in the Somers Room, Tang Museum
- 10:45 a.m.鈥搉oon Introduction to Academic Advising, Student Academic Services, and the Writing Center and CEA CAPA London Academic Orientation in the Somers Room, Tang Museum
- Noon鈥�1 p.m. Lunch at Murray-Aikins Dining Hall
- 1:15鈥�3:15 p.m. CEA CAPA London Information in the Somers Room, Tang Museum
- 3:30鈥�4:30 p.m. Title IX Information Session in Somers Room, Tang Museum
- 7鈥�10 p.m. Social Event (Location TBA)
Wednesday, august 20
- 8 a.m. Breakfast at Murray-Aikins Dining Hall
- 9鈥�10 a.m. Meeting with Peer Mentors at Tisch Learning Center, rooms 202 & 203
