Neha Arora, Instructor of Biology, published a review article, "Algal-based biochar and hydrochar: A holistic and sustainable approach to wastewater treatment," in .

Jason Breves, professor of biology, delivered an invited lecture, Growth hormone and prolactin mediate critical life-history transitions in salmon, at the inaugural GroPro Meeting: Growth Hormone and Prolactin, Basic and Translational Science conference at the University of Stirling.

Joseph Cermatori, associate professor of English, presented his research on Handel's opera "Rodelinda" (1725) as part of the at the University of Texas at Austin. He also published a program essay on Mozart's "Cos穫 fan tutte" (1790) for the Opera Saratogas June production. Currently, he is working as dramaturg for a new production of Handel's opera "Giulio Cesare in Egitto" (1724), which will debut at the Historic Hudson Opera House in Hudson, New York, in spring 2025, staged by director R. B. Schlather.

Eliza Kent, professor of religious studies, published an article, "," in a special issue of . The special issue, which she edited, examines race, caste and religious conversion in colonial and post-colonial south Asia.

Beck Krefting, professor in American studies and director of the Center for Leadership, Teaching, and Learning, was invited to write the foreword for the first edited collection on stand-up comedy in India, , edited by Richa Chilana and Rashi Bhargava (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024).

Joowon Park, associate professor of anthropology, published "Transnational Mothering and North Korean Womens Strategies of Survival: Impact of Chinas One-Child Policy and Hukou on Migration and Kinship" in the .

Laurie Rabinowitz, assistant professor of education studies, gave a presentation, "Sustaining Cultural and Disability Identities in Primary Literacy Classrooms," at the conference in June.
