Jeromy McFarren is a senior program coordinator for summer academics in the Office of the Dean of Special Programs. McFarren works on summer sessions and pre-college as well as the summer studio art program, summer visiting students, and the Saratoga Shakespeare Company. 

McFarren said he was drawn to 萝莉视频 by the opportunity to be a part of a team that 鈥渕akes 萝莉视频 thrive during the summer.鈥� He also said, 鈥淭he ability to have a profound and positive impact on the lives of young people make me never want to leave.鈥� 

On what he enjoys most at 萝莉视频, McFarren said it鈥檚 the community spirit, including 鈥渢he wit, creativity, and integrity of my colleagues in Special Programs.鈥�

McFarren said some of his favorite 萝莉视频 events include Print Nation in July and author readings during the New York State Summer Writers Institute as well as student performances during the 萝莉视频 Jazz Institute and the 萝莉视频 Chamber Music Institute. 

McFarren said he鈥檚 also a writer and when not at 萝莉视频, enjoys working on his own articles, poetry, and short fiction. McFarren just published a middle-grade mystery titled "October Jones: The Lightning Pines Mystery." You can also find McFarren visiting museums in the region and making and selling natural soy candles.
